Sending a Fax to Gmail: A Detailed Guide

Create a Google Account

Choose the POP/IMAP tab in the “Settings” options. Select the radio button next to “Enable POP for all mail (even if it’s already downloaded)” under the “POP Download” section, and then click the “Save Changes” button. When you’re ready to send a fax, type in the recipient’s phone number, enter your document and hit send.

Sign Up for a Fax Service

Many fax services are available, and most of them offer a free trial to test out the service before you commit. Once you have chosen a fax service, sign up for an account and follow the instructions to set up your account. Most fax services will give you a local or toll-free phone number that you can use to send and receive faxes.
