Many people today still receiving digital fax with Faxzee. They use fax machines to send and receive important documents. These days, it is often easier to send a fax through your email account than to print out the document and fax it. However, as most of us know how difficult it can be to scan a document into an email, we’ve created this guide for you!

Create a Google Account

Create a Google account if you don’t already have one. As a username, you can use your Gmail address. Sign in to the Gmail website after you’ve created your Google account.

Choose the POP/IMAP tab in the “Settings” options. Select the radio button next to “Enable POP for all mail (even if it’s already downloaded)” under the “POP Download” section, and then click the “Save Changes” button. When you’re ready to send a fax, type in the recipient’s phone number, enter your document and hit send.

Sign Up for a Fax Service

Many fax services are available, and most of them offer a free trial to test out the service before you commit. Once you have chosen a fax service, sign up for an account and follow the instructions to set up your account. Most fax services will give you a local or toll-free phone number that you can use to send and receive faxes.

Send and Receive Your Faxes to Gmail

To receive faxes in your Gmail account, you first need to sign up for a Google Voice number. This is a free service from Google that gives you a unique phone number that you can use to receive calls and faxes. Once you have registered for a Google Voice number, follow the instructions to link your number to your Gmail account. Now, when someone sends you a fax, it will be delivered as a PDF attachment to your Gmail inbox.

To send faxes from your Gmail account, type in the recipient’s phone number, enter your document and hit send. Your fax will be sent as a PDF attachment to the recipient’s fax machine.
